Jeanne & Alex – Civil
Almost a year to the date and I am finally sharing these 2’s wedding journey. All the way in France y’all. Jeanne is French but stayed in Perth for a while and saw the wedding images I had taken for a close friend of hers and asked me if I would travel to shoot her wedding. Um why not, and the best part was that my son Jordan lived in the south of France at the time so I could visit and stay with him. My heart was happy.
They had planned a civil ceremony the day before the wedding, a European thing where you sign the official papers before the church ceremony the following day. I went along and we explored the prettiest town of Aix En Provence for a bit after whilst getting to know each other. Here’s some highlights. We had to wait our turn at the town hall, the celebrant was late but eventually they got there.
